The water in my sink was very slow to go down the drain and when I used a sink auger it only got slightly better. I was shocked when I disconnected the p-trap and found a green gel like mass between the trap and the drain. It had a very organic smell. What is this and what caused it?

Without doubt the best way for you to save a penny or two (or more!) in your quest to become healthy is to buy your healthy living organic foods, wholesale. It might not be easy to find a vendor who deals in wholesale organic food, but if you try hard enough and persevere you will be surprised at the results you get.

Buying wholesale organic food will also make it easier to stick with being organic, as you won’t necessarily readily run out of your stock of organic food. Besides being expensive, organic foods are also not as easy to find as you might think. It’s not like looking for a needle in a haystack, but it’s not as if you’re going to find it lying around in every corner store and grocery store that you come across.

In fact, if you live in an area where “organic” has yet to catch on, you might find that you need to get your organic foods off the internet, or from a health food store which is 70 miles away. Then again if this is case you might want to think about growing your own organic foods, but if you do that, then you might just find yourself out of a regular paying job! It’s a vicious cycle when you go to think about it!

The entire problem with going organic however, is the difficulty you might face in obtaining your organic foods in which case the greater difficulty lies in staying true to your “go organic, and be healthy” resolution. This is buying wholesale organic food is so much better for you in the long run. Not only do you save on those extra pennies, but you also find that you have the organic food you want when you want.

The problem that you might come across if you’re buying wholesale organic food though, is that if it’s only you at the dinner table and you eat only a human-sized portion of food (as opposed to a hippopotamus-sized portion of food), you might find that your bulk purchases are not staying as fresh as they should.

This is where living in the suburbs or out in the country near farms might come to your rescue. Instead of buying wholesale organic food to stock up on, you can stock up on your organic food on a weekly basis by attending a farmer’s market.

Or better still, if you live near a farm which you know has been certified as an organic farm, and then you should be able to purchase your organic foods from here instead of getting wholesale organic food.

Hi, I’m a student currently in the pharmacological chemistry major. I’m taking upper division Organic chemistry classes right now but I have an extremely bad professor. I’m afraid that he’ll leave out important information. I am just wondering how important is ochem is to the profession itself, and pharm degree exams. I know there’s a lot more other chemistry such as physical chemistry and biochem in this major, but how important is ochem related to those.

I recently started a raw vegan diet and I am reading that because of all the pesticides in normal grocery shop veggies and fruits, I should purchase organic.

The problem is, there is not near store that sells organic food, and I don’t have a car. I certainly don’t think I’ll be able to walk/bus for 3 hours every few days.

But if my health counts on it, I suppose I must.

Some input please?

I am interested in nutitional veggies, not perfect looking tastless ones. I used a well know flower and veggie plant food last year (Miracle Grow) makes nice flowers. The fruit did not taste sweet and the skins were thick and tough. I have added more garden soil and composted manure this year but I want something more to boost the crop in quantity and taste. Any suggestions? Or should that be enough? I am looking for a home made organic fertilizer, any tried and true recipes? I am planning on sharing what ever grows with family and neighbors. so I am hoping for a bumper crop. I am growing lots of tomatos, cucumbers, some watermelon, carrots, yellow beans,radishes,chives,parsley..oh yes flowers lots. I wanted more but ran out of garden darn!
I am looking for a market brand organic liquid or powder veggie food. I will try the others in different parts of my garden and experiment. I really want lots to harvest I love fresh plentiful veggies!
I have started composting my veggie peels,leaves, fruit,grass clippings,egg shells,coffee grinds,tea leaves,but for now I need something else.

The best way to make your organic food come to you is not to go to the supermarkets or health food stores which carry organic foods. Instead, make your organic food come to you by going to an organic food supplier who sells his wares, online. That’s right, find an online organic food supplier to supply all your organic food needs and you will find that your life has just become somewhat easier.

Besides the fact that you won’t have to run down to the grocer’s every week to get your weekly food shopping down, there’s also the upside of using an organic food supplier in that you even have the choice of doing your shopping in the middle of the night, or even in your underwear!

That of course is just a side benefit of going to an online organic food supplier. The other more tangible benefits includes free delivery in most cases if you spend over a certain amount on your food stuffs. And even if you have to pay a delivery charge, think about it, wouldn’t you have had to pay the same amount on topping up your car with gas?

And if you decide to find an online organic food supplier who can meet all your needs, then so much the better, because then you will be able to get everything organic that you want without having to pop down to the health food stores or even the supermarket for the one item that they might not even have in stock!

By using an online organic food supplier to get all your organic goods, you also have a larger supply of organic products to choose from. It’s true that a large health store would probably carry most of what you need in stock, but you will find that your choice is still necessarily limited. An online organic food supplier on the other hand, will have access to more organic food stores than a run of the mill bricks and mortar health food store.

And one of the better benefits that you can get by going with an online organic food supplier instead of with a supermarket or a health store organic food supplier, is the lower costs. Although organic foods have come down in price since its humble beginnings in the latter few years of the twentieth century, it can still be considered to be quite expensive.

For this reason alone some people find that going with an online organic food supplier is the best thing that they can do to complement their own organic and natural lifestyles.
