Luke asked:

If I eat ALL organic, no dairy ( or very little; I have asthma), exercizing, drinking lots of water, and also taking whole food supplement bars and vitamins, will this make a strong impact on my health?

If I keep the healthy stuff up, like the green tea thing, get my antioxidants, flavonoids, among other things up, and just be VERY careful with what I eat,

will this change my usual grumpy, stressed out, and always coming down with a sickness and taking FOREVER to beat it , never feeling at 100% self, asthmatic, anxious depressive self,

to a much healthier person?

Also, if I ever indulge or screw up in my health-diet, and eat ice cream or fast food or overeat,

does that ruin it all, or is it still okay?

I need some major diet advice, and if anyone can explain if its really serious or not to make sure that EVERY thing we put in our bodies is 100% healthy.

I mean some say, life is short, eat whatever, moderation.

Others are Nazi about it.

Any advice?
