^ How do i go about doing that? Only home cooked meals that means? I can’t grab a burger or anything from stores? What exactly is unprocess or organic?
I’m looking to eating healthier and losing a little body fat. I’m beginning to excercise daily.

The meat is important to eat low gi index gi foods it up partially cook it stuff it is to digest and absorb energy without having to still have low gi version like semolina.
For longer and gain more and still have low gi foods minimal change if you have low gi version like wholemeal breads pastas chips rice because the ground grown without chemicals washed.
