I have heard a little about purchasing organic produce in a coop setting, and am interested to know how that works. Is it a bargain or a trend? Do you get to choose what you get or do you just get a batch of less commonly used vegetables that farmers were unable to sell to a grocer? How can I find one that is right for me?
