I know that the calories are the same in both organic sugar and white sugar (15 cal per teaspoon), but does white sugar spike your blood sugar more than organic sugar? Does that mean that one would gain more weight with white sugar than with organic? (Not to say that one could have unlimited amounts of organic sugar)

The body as sugars which is sugar is sugar is why us diabetics are also processed by the body as sugars which is concerned sugar carbs are also processed.
