I’ve been taking a multivitamin for years. I would also like to start taking organic bee pollen for it’s health benefits. Is that safe on my body or is that too much of a good thing?
Fantastic choice bee pollen but why not use honey and propolis too. All products from honey bees and all so wonderfully natural. Take those each day with a healthy diet and you may find you probably won’t need the multi-vitamins any longer.
