I understand that organic milk does not contain synthetic hormones, added antibiotics and are free from chemicals such as pesticides, etc. But how does oraganic milk differ in chemical composition from conventional milk. I have read that organic milk has higher levels of vitamins and omega-3. What I am trying to understand is how can you TEST (in lab) whether milk is organically or conventionally derived?
