Nowadays, many people are switching to “organic” foods. Many companies claim that organic is better, which i do not doubt. But what I want to know is how. Can organic foods really make a difference when it comes to physical health, and in addition when it comes to someone’s psychological health (aka helps with depression and such.)

Organic foods helps your mind focus more and makes you will also feel better eating junk food for example.
