munyahn asked:

I recently went Vegan, and I have no idea what food brands to buy. I went shopping at Meijer, but most of the Organic food is Vegetarian, so it had dairy products in it.

Skinny Bitch gave a list of ingredients to look out for, but I don’t have time to look for polysorbates, lipase, dexpanthenol, and dozens of other animal based things on the ingredients of each item I plan on buying.

I’m starving, and I really want to do this right. Please help me?

Wholefoods Market

Whole Foods Market is where I buy a lot of my vegan food, but idk if you have one near you.

My local Kroger also has a whole healthy eating section w/ lots of completely vegan things.

Brands: Smartlife Prepackaged Chili, Gardenburger BBQ Riblets, GenSoy Vegan Chocolate Pudding.

Vegan things are really easy to find in almost every supermarket, just not places like Walmart
